ESR 200

The ESR 200, the Jewel in the Crown of retail machines, is the first Suregrave rotary to flat engraving machine.The main feature of this machine is the “do anything” flexibility of a good size flat engraving table combined with a large capacity rotary fixture.

The core work holding device known as the “Rotation”, rotates to change from flat to rotary, and back to flat in 10 seconds.

When it’s time to “Rotate”, the spindle unit moves out of the way and the self-locating Rotation device can be spun around.

Select the Rotary option on the handheld controller and enter the radius of the work piece.

The rotary can be angled to cope with conical shapes or used in self locating mode for regular cylinders and the flat table can be raised and lowered for unusual shaped and sized pieces.

No need for extra storage space, no need to disconnect any wires. It’s self-contained and only requires a floor space of 750mm square.

Place a computer on top and make every square millimetre of workspace count.

The ESR 200 has been specially designed for retail applications and features rotary to flat capabilities. In flat mode the ESR 200 can be switched between tee slot work for large plates, signs and trophies or self-centring vice for giftware and other retail products with a simple selection on the hand held controller. When its time to Rotate, the spindle unit moves out of the way so the self-locating ESR 200 device can be spun around. Engraving on a cylindrical item has never been simpler, just select the rotary option on the pendant and enter the radius of the work piece. The rotary can be angled to cope with conical shapes or used in self-locating mode for regular cylinders and the flat table raised and lowered for unusual shaped and sized pieces.

Engraving styles include static diamond, burnishing diamond and nosecone. The ESR 200 is suitable for marking plastics, brass, glass, precious mand non precious metals amongst others.
